CARBON STEEL BODY

Constructed of 10-gauge steel with 45º sloping sides with 10-gauge side supports and 7-gauge longsills. Each unit comes complete with a 12″ x 18″ steel feedgate, which is adjustable by means of a screw type jack that is self locking, and is assembled with all

stainless steel internal parts.

STAINLESS STEEL BODY

Constructed of 12-gauge steel with 45º sloping sides with 12-gauge side supports and 10 gauge longsills. Heavier gauges available.

CONVEYOR

The 24″ wide conveyor chain is made of heat-treated, self-cleaning pintle chain with cross bars welded every 4-1/2”. The conveyor gearbox is a 50:1 reduction and is a bronze worm-gear type having a cast iron housing with a ring-mounted bolt pattern. Drive and idler shafts are 1-1/2″ with 8 tooth drop forged sprockets, and are mounted in sealed anti-friction bearings. Two spring-loaded adjustment screws, with a minimum of 4″ of travel to maintain proper conveyor tension are standard.

SPINNER ASSEMBLY

Swing up assembly with 18″ steel spinner disc, one internal directional baffle and four external baffles – one fixed and three adjustable, which are removable without the use of tools.

TOP SCREENS

Section top screens are made of 3/8″ diameter rods welded to a 1/4″ x 2″ angle iron frame creating a maximum opening of 2-1/2.”
